My experience with Kim was awesome! I am a first-time home buyer and was so nervous to start what I thought would be a long dreaded process until I found my perfect home. However- Kim made it quite the opposite, honestly, it was quite enjoyable working alongside her to find out what my needs and expectations were in the first home I was looking to purchase. Kim would always alert me when a new listing popped up that would fit my needs. Whenever I wanted to look at a listing, she asked me when and where! Mr. Rugen is the ideal agent in that he doesn’t pressure you into making a decision. In fact, the perfect example of him putting a buyer’s interests before their own is when he actually talked me out of buying a home. I fell in love with its interior upgrades but Mr. Rugen was diligent in pointing out the major flaws with its location and exterior. Needless to say, I’m happy I made the decision I did. Mr. Rugen ran a formal analysis before putting in my offer and I ended up getting it for a lower price than I was willing to pay! I would recommend anyone with an interest in buying or selling a home use William Rugen as their realtor. You won’t be disappointed and in fact, you’ll start referring him to your family and friends, too!
I worked with Justine when I was new to the market and looking for a home to buy. I used her again when my husband and I went to sell that same house 3 years later.
